3:00 pm – 3750 MILLBRANCH ROAD
4:00 pm – 778 PARKROSE
5:00 pm – 5132 JONETTA
Bid Information:
Bids shall be delivered to AMANDA WHITAKER, ANF Architects, via email Amanda@anfa.com or delivered to 1500 Union Ave., Memphis, TN 38104 by 3:00PM on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Each bid submitted shall include the signed GMP Forms, a Schedule of Values, and a List of Major Subs.
Project Description:
The Work consists of the following: The scope of work is depicted in the drawings and the narratives attached to this invitation and described as follows:- 1. Selected Asbestos abatement at Parkrose and Jonetta Campuses.
- 2. Window replacement, flooring replacement, Painting, HVAC replacement, LED lighting and ceiling replacement, plumbing fixture and bathroom renovations at Parkrose and Jonetta Campuses.
- 3. Parking lot expansion, repair, repaving and interior building connection at Jonetta.
- 4. Parking lot repair, repaving and restriping at Parkrose.
- 5. Millbranch campus scope includes adding a Modular Classroom building with associated site, fire alarm, electrical and utility work and replacing windows and HVAC at the Main campus building.
